At this time of year, I receive a lot of time-sensitive information about sales and coupons from companies from which I have made purchases. After trying more labor-intensive workflows, I now throw them into an "@Shopping" folder. It's easy to sort by date or company, and they are there when I am ready to consider a purchase. It's easy to clean out the old ones, I don't see them unless I want to, and I don't track them. Maybe not for everybody, but works for me.
