We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced Account Executive in the Washington D.C. market. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of successful professional services sales experience in the training and HR/OD arenas. Major job responsibilities include managing existing accounts in the Washington D.C. area and being proactive in creating new sales opportunities. Prospecting is a very big part of the job. This position exists primarily to create new demand for company products and services. Compensation is a blend of salary and commission.
