  • GTD Flowchart

I thought some of you might enjoy this. It's a very nice (and extremely detailed!) flowchart of the GTD system from the GTD Summit in San Francisco.

I get a page not found with that link.

However DavidCo sells a GREAT GTD flowchart. I have a poster version that I refer to often.

      page not found

I also get page not found - I was curious as to which version it was though. I purchased the little envelope with the various cards in it (can't remember what it's called) - mainly for the weekly review checklist (which I have in the book) but it also has the GTD flowchart and the trifold nature of work and a few other things in it. Very handy size.

It looks like the pic was taken down back in 2009- probably a copyright issue.

But the same link shows up in a 2009 Lifehacker article and includes a thumbnail image of the map- and it is the same workflow map (designed by Xplane) and currently on sale in the Davidco store with a companion DVD.

Petr Mara also has a flickr set of his time at the 2009 GTD summit and he had snapped a picture of it when David Allen presented it - but the photo is no longer a part of it. Just spent a bit of time down a rabbit hole learning about this person. He is a GTD seminar presenter/trainer and podcaster in Prague. Freedives and has a really cute baby boy! : )

Just putting my librarian skills to good use for the greater good! I guess it is a weird librarian-compulsion of mine to research the facts when I come across a dead link. Does occasionally come in handy though.

Thanks Cindy - love that you investigated and shared your findings.
