Typically what I recommend is starting with really basic contexts;\u00a0<strong>Agendas\u00a0<\/strong>to hold the parking lot of things to talk about with particular people in our lives,\u00a0<strong>Errands\u00a0<\/strong>to have a list of stuff to do when you\u2019re out and about,\u00a0<strong>At Home\u00a0<\/strong>for actions specifically to do when you\u2019re in your home,\u00a0<strong>At Work<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Waiting For<\/strong>\u00a0to hold those things you are waiting for from someone or something else and\u00a0<strong>Someday\/Maybe<\/strong>\u00a0for possible future actions or projects.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes what we do with that At Work list is we break it down into at Calls, At Computer, At Reading, At Writing&#8211;things like that.
