Hello: After listening to the video on organizing time schedule on planning and doing task has given me a better understanding of writing things down in sequence and manage them appropriately.
I always handle the most important agenda first through scanning the importance, prioritizing and assessing needs and goals. As a nurse, prioritizing is a top issue in clients status and plan of medical treatment and interventions.
These are true fundamentals in our daily encounters in the work environment, school and family.

I love the fact that David Allen’s statement about ‘making things happen’ is based on the practical theory f GDT and is not just about positive thinking.
