  1. This is pretty old, as its discussing tools such as LotusNotes and a Trio. Needs to be updated to reflect current tools and new contexts. I bailed after about 5 minutes to look for a video on using GTD with OneNote.

      Yes it is from our archive. We think it still has value because it helps people to understand the Organize step, regardless of what tool they use.
