  1. Remember those higher levels – imagine all sorts of great things will pop into your head with that view =)

  2. I’m curious what various ways everyone uses to track ongoing, repetitive processes in GTD. Do you identify them as projects in your project list? I’m thinking of things like budget/expense reviews of your direct reports, rainmaking processes (or in my case donor acquisition processes), etc. Things that are ongoing processes and have no beginning or end like the average project.

  3. Hi Everyone,
Just a great big THANK YOU to David Allen!!
I am an extremely busy Realtor. This system is perfect for my profession. I keep each listing and escrow on its own “agenda” page.
My marketing and business goals are on a separate page. When I have down time or feel like I am off track I look at my business goals and “do something” that contributes to my business growth. I am always prepared for new business and ready to capture and handle items related to ongoing business. It took a huge shift in my thinking to put this system in use but I cannot imagine growing my business without it.
