GTD Nuggets – Take 5 minutes to make progress on a project

If you take a pen and blank paper, and just spend the next five minutes capturing ideas on the most important project right now for you to make some progress on,

you will likely come up with at least one, if not several, “Oh yeah, I could…” items. – David Allen

  1. So basic, yet so important. I’m a big fan of pen and paper – something about it. Even two minutes will unleash some great thoughts about something that’s on your mind.

  2. I absolutely agree with this. There is no better way to chuck down your life into a few small points so you can get the ball rolling.

Religiously before I go to bed, I make a checklist of things that need to be done the follwing day. I chuck down all tasks so that each one can be completed in minimal time and then cross them off one by one once I have achieved them.

There is nothing better than crossing everything off that list and feeling like you have had a successful and productive day!

    Thanks for the quote =)
