Have you taken the GTD-Q Assessment?

Date: Thursday, December 30, 2010 by GTD Times Staff

With the start of the New Year, this would be a great time to take the GTD-Q assessment. This free online assessment measures what Getting Things Done gives you: better control and greater perspective.  It’s not one of those one-time tests that will never change (which will be good news for those of you who land as a Crazy Maker!). You are encouraged to take it often to see how it changes for you as you work with your strengths and challenges.  If you want your results tracked over time, there is another version on GTD Connect.

This is a really cool idea, I’ve never heard of this before. I recently started a website and have really begun to align my priorities with my everyday activities.

I scored a 4 on both areas, Quadrant: Captain And Commander / Autocrat. Rock on!

I really liked this assessment. Have read and rereading GTD book. Set up 31 Day file system along with the 12 months and also file folders for important papers. Starting to become a little organized after all of this but trying to keep pace with my goals and working long hours for my boss.

The assessment was a bit of an eye opener… I am not doing as well as I had hoped. I think I am among those who have studied it, but haven’t completely implemented it… I suppose it a process and I will continue to move forward with it. This give me more incentive to do just that.
