  1. Around 15:00, what do you mean when you say you have projects that are “top heavy?” Very helpful podcast by the way.

    1. That reference means that more of your projects relate to one area of focus. Let’s say you have five areas of focus and 50 projects. You might find that most of the projects relate to just one area of focus. It can be useful to know that some areas of focus generate more projects than others.
